Simply HR Solutions (Pty) Ltd is a 100% is a black-owned company that was formed in 2015, whose main aim is to offer a full spectrum of HR services to customers. These services include, but not limited to, developing and implementing HR strategies, participating in HR project management, developing HR Policies and Procedures, designing Culture & Change Management processes, developing and implementing Performance Management Systems, Business Process Mapping, Recruitment and Selection, Labour Relations, Learning and Development, Organisational Development, Payroll administration, etc. The team consists of dedicated HR professionals who have been in the human resources field for more than are experienced and who share the common vision of producing outputs that are in line with the client’s expectations and needs.

General Human Resources

Conduct HR audits and develop an implementation plan to ensure adherence to the required legislation. Advise on best HR practices. Assist in developing and implementing HR Strategies. Draft contracts of employment in pne with the updated legislative requirements. Develop, update and implement company policies and procedures relevant to HR. Assist companies in employment equity plans and reporting. Designing job descriptions. Develop induction programmes and conduct induction training. Assist the company on ad hoc HR projects. Assist in HR administration processes such as leave, medical aid, etc. Facilitate employee wellness programmes

BBBEE Consulting

Develop and implement a BBBEE strategy and action steps to assist the company to achieve the required level.Develop an internal BBBEE scorecard to identify any gaps to be covered. Provide training on the BBBEE requirements to all stakeholders. Issue a monthly/ quarterly report with recommendations on focus areas. Assist with the preparation for verification and sit in during verification.

Training and Development

Provide services of a qualified Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) to assist with the development and submission of the workplace skills plan (WSP) and the annual training (ATR) and assist in claiming back the mandatory and discretionary grants.Conduct a training needs analysis for employees and make recommendations.Presenting training programmes such as employment equity, performance management, Change Management, Leadership, BBBBEE, etc.Facilitate Assist with sourcing and presenting relevant training from accredit.

Recruitment and Selection

Assist in recruitment and selection of employees at all levels. Assist in the designing and placement of job adverts. Candidate screening and shortlist. Conduct reference, criminal and qualification checks. Assist with psychometric testing and profile analysis to establish ability and fit in the team and in the organisation.

Industrial Relationns

Advise on latest developments in labour legilsation and the impact on the company. Develop Disciplinary, grievance and appeal rules and procdures. Advise and/ or handle disciplinary enquiries. Advise the company on formulating charges and the correct disciplinary hearing procedure. Assist in the preparation for the CCMA or Bargaining Council.

HR Outsourcing Services

We offer a comprehensive HR outsourcing functionality where companies can request us to offer HR management solutions and administration. A monthly retainer fee for the outsourcing services can be discussed with the client depending on the type of outsourcing services required.
